We do this so that all educators have a safe place to be vulnerable, demonstrate a growth mindset, and have opportunities to problem-solve, which will promote self-awareness and educator ownership. The ILT is a group of diverse leaders who influence change and model vulnerability through strategic and targeted solutions toward learning. The team promotes growth for students and teachers through collective efficacy, mutual respect, and accountability to ensure a continuous improvement culture. They are input based and outcome focused.
Weekly ILT sessions analyzing and reflecting on data and making informed decisions about adult actions and instruction.
